Get ready for an exciting culinary adventure! In October 2022, the Eggrolly team of chefs launched an amazing Chinese-Filipino 10-course tasting menu to the vibrant history of the world’s oldest Chinatown, Binondo, Manila. The response was incredible, with guests from the Northshore and West suburbs raving about the experience! Inspired by this success, the team is now rolling out a series of tasting menus that celebrate the rich historical timeline of Filipino cuisine, from early Chinese fusion in 1400 AD, to the influences of Japanese migration in 1500, Spanish arrival 1521, and American modern 1898. The chefs decided to go back to pre-colonial dishes and then moved to regional dishes all over the islands. No same dish was repeated in every dinner event. With a minimum of 12 courses and even a recent 16-course extravaganza, paired perfectly with wines and cocktails. The chefs work with Binny's Beverage Depot in creating a wine list for every event available for purchase at any local branch. Eggrolly invites you to savor the diverse flavors of the Philippines like never before!
