Handaan Ni Kaka, Part 2- "Pamana"

A prix fixe 15 course tasting menu special dinner specially curated by Chefs Chris, Ron, Lynne, Kiko, Rosalie and Mike.  A collaboration of skills and sharing their experiences in their culinary journey from their parents hometowns in the Philippines, streets of Manila, to Kendall College, several kitchens and food scenes of Chicago, Filipino joints and  travels.   "Pamana" means heritage or legacy.  Inherited the recipes, techniques and use of indigenous ingredients that were passed down from generation, they will feature the dishes from Ilocos, Bulacan, Mindoro, Isabella province, Bacolod and Chef Chris mom's hometown, Batangas City. This will be their 16th pop up collaboration dinner event since October 2022.  The dinner is $69 and complimentary drinks will be served.  The dishes are mostly chefs personal expressions and we are not currently accommodating requests to alter food ingredients for dietary restrictions and allergy reasons.  Please contact the venue at (847)350-8281 if you have any question.
