CALABARZON-Hapag sa Timog Katagalugan

Chefs Ron, Chris, Isidro, Lynne, Mike and the team is curating a special 10-course tasting menu featuring the dishes from Calabarzon region of the Philippines.  These are the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon that can be reached with few hours of driving from Manila where most resident speaks the Tagalog dialect. Chef Ron will share the flavors of the dishes and the delicacies he experienced in the provinces where he worked and his visits to the popular eateries during his mountaineering days in the early 90's.

Come and join us in this culinary adventure as we tell the story of our Filipino heritage and bridging the culture to you, your friends and family through food and our cooking.  The dishes are chef’s personal expressions and currently we are not accommodating any request to adjust the use of ingredients.  Please contact the venue for allergy and dietary restrictions. The prix fixe dinner is $79 per person with a complimentary drink.  You may also purchase and bring your own wine from Binny's Beverage at 8935 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL 60714.  A list of wine and drinks that pair with our dishes will be emailed to you.
