About the event

A prix fixe (set price) 3 course Filipino inspired dinner. The chef selected the favorite dishes featured in the tasting menu dinner events in the past  and the menu will be rotated every month to share the experience to everyone.   It's BYOB and no corkage fee at the moment.  $42 per person and reservation is highly encouraged. Because the meal will be specially prepared and curated by the chef, we can only accomodate few guest per night.

The items in the menu represents the regional dishes and flavors of Filipino meals from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao islands and the influences of Chinese, Japanese, Malays, Indonesia, Spain, India and the US during the colonial period.

Pork Shiomai with calamansi hollandaise

Vigan Empanada with roasted garlic aoili

Classic Pork and Shrimp Lumpia Shanghai with sweet and sour sauce

Main:

Braised Short Rib Caldereta with Pommes 

Batangas Adobong Dilaw pork loin with coconut pandan rice

Ilocos Eggplant Poqui Poqui 

Malabon City Seafood Noodles

Dessert:

Ginataan Brulee

Lynne's Ube Queso Ice Cream with Ensay Nukee
