Join us in another prix fixe dinner event at Eggrolly,  "Handaan Ni Kaka." Means My Big Brother's Banquet.  Featuring the special dishes from the province of Bulacan, where Eggrolly's Chef Ron's mom family came from and sous chef Kiko's hometown.  Just a few hours drive to the north of Metro Manila, Bulacan province is really rich in history from the Spanish colonization in 1571 to the birth of the Philippine Republic in 1899.  Bulacan is big in Fiestas or Thanksgiving Feast to honor their Patron Saints in each town for a great harvest season blessing and during the celebration banquets of foods are on display for everyone to enjoy.  Being neighbor with Pampanga, the culinary capital of the Philippines,  Bulakenos are highly skilled in making dishes and special rice cake desserts.
