November 18 Dinner Event- Samar 1521

As we unfolded the Filipino-Chinese fusion food history last October 28, Eggrolly team and the Chefs are so excited to annouce the new dinner event on November 18 featuring Spanish-Filipino dishes with 8 courses tasting menu. The theme continues to tell the culinary fusion history of Filipino dishes.  With the arrival of European conquistadores on the island, Filipino natives began using new spices and learned new methods of cooking that later modern day Filipinos continue to use and apply on their daily cooking.
