About the event
A 12-course tasting menu dinner event featuring flavors and dishes from the provinces of Batangas and Mindoro, Philippines. Every month Eggrolly team and the guest chefs hold a dinner event to celebrate Filipino culture and showcase wonderful flavors from different regions and provinces with special focus on pre-colonial dishes that truly represent the Filipino culture. We are featuring flavors from Batangas, Chef Chris's mom's hometown, and Mindoro province, the birthplace of our amazing Sous-Chef, Kiko Sawit. These provinces belong to Region 4 and Mindoro was once part of the Batangas area where they share seafoods, spices and fruit trees.
This is the 10th pop up dinner event with Chef Chris Bayot and Chef Lynne Walker. The dinner is $58 per person with drink pairing and due to the technicality of the dishes, we are only reserving few seats. We are not accommodating special diet request, vegetarian, peanut allergies and ingredients adjustments for this event due to recipe compositions and flavor requirements.
